This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the development and execution of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, advertising positions, and overseeing the hiring workflow.
• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs.
• Create training and development initiatives.
• Support the performance management processes.
• Aid in managing disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in accordance with policy and legal standards.
• Evaluate employment and working conditions to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
• Assist with SOC 2 Certifications.
• Familiarity with HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
• Knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
• High ethical standards and reliability.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, or a related field; additional training is advantageous.
