This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
β’ Reporting to the Human Resources Manager.
β’ Driving the HR agenda to enhance business performance.
β’ Collaborating with the HR Manager to optimize and maintain HR processes.
β’ Assisting in the formulation of HR policies and procedures.
β’ Ensuring the highest levels of HR service delivery related to development, appraisals, benefits, and employee information.
β’ Conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover trends.
β’ Supporting data analysis for workforce planning.
β’ Communicating updates regarding Human Resource policies to the business.
β’ Providing Human Resource advice and support to Store Management.
β’ Ensuring that Performance Management systems are established and conducted effectively.
β’ Managing absenteeism efficiently.
β’ Overseeing and advising on the execution of investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures.
β’ Performing general HR administration tasks such as maintaining personnel records and payroll data.
β’ Experience in a dynamic HR function is essential.
β’ We seek a professional with qualifications in Human Resources.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
β’ Proficiency in Dutch and a strong command of both spoken and written English.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of Netherlands Employment Law.
β’ Familiarity with HR Systems.
β’ Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
β’ Strong analytical and teamwork abilities.
β’ High capacity for planning, organization, and initiative.
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with a reserved demeanor and a strong ethical sense.
β’ Ability to communicate effectively across various hierarchical levels.
β’ Willingness to travel.
