HR Advisor, English Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Human Resources Manager.

• Driving the HR agenda to enhance business performance.

• Collaborating with the HR Manager to optimize and maintain HR processes.

• Assisting in the formulation of HR policies and procedures.

• Ensuring the highest levels of HR service delivery related to development, appraisals, benefits, and employee information.

• Conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover trends.

• Supporting data analysis for workforce planning.

• Communicating updates regarding Human Resource policies to the business.

• Providing Human Resource advice and support to Store Management.

• Ensuring that Performance Management systems are established and conducted effectively.

• Managing absenteeism efficiently.

• Overseeing and advising on the execution of investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures.

• Performing general HR administration tasks such as maintaining personnel records and payroll data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a dynamic HR function is essential.

• We seek a professional with qualifications in Human Resources.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Human Resources field.

• Proficiency in Dutch and a strong command of both spoken and written English.

• Comprehensive understanding of Netherlands Employment Law.

• Familiarity with HR Systems.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical and teamwork abilities.

• High capacity for planning, organization, and initiative.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with a reserved demeanor and a strong ethical sense.

• Ability to communicate effectively across various hierarchical levels.

• Willingness to travel.
