HR Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Act as a consultant for all issues related to employee relations and engagement.

• Ensure the maintenance of precise and current HR/personnel records while managing the HRIS.

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of human resources processes by assessing departmental requirements and ensuring they align with strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Play a role in drafting and revising InEvent policies along with other administrative tasks.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition Teams to revamp and oversee social media pages with visuals that reflect the company’s image.

• Create and implement candidate-facing communications on social media and job recruitment platforms through various online recruiting campaigns.

• Devise and execute branding strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility.

• Provide strategic assistance to Talent Acquisition regarding culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction.

• Support various people management processes, including onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, welfare, vacation management, and terminations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, emphasizing employee relations and branding.

• Proficient in HRIS.

• Capable of managing sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

• Possess creative thinking skills and the ability to create innovative employer branding initiatives.

• Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

• Demonstrate responsibility, a sense of urgency, and initiative.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Resilient and eager to learn continuously in a startup environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must be fluent in English.

• Required to have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows).

• Must possess a mobile device (iOS or Android).
