This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding procedures.
β’ Create employment contracts, compile onboarding materials, and manage official communications.
β’ Schedule induction programs and facilitate the setup for new hires.
β’ Serve as the primary custodian of employee records within the HRIS.
β’ Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
β’ Ensure that all personnel files adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
β’ Act as the initial point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries.
β’ Support internal communications related to HR policies and procedures.
β’ Provide general administrative assistance across the organization.
β’ Oversee background checks, reference verifications, and related tasks.
β’ Maintain accessible and compliant documentation for all personnel.
β’ Validate and consolidate monthly data to aid in payroll preparation.
β’ Create workforce reports and perform ad-hoc data analysis for management.
β’ A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is essential.
β’ A minimum of 4 yearsβ experience in an HR coordination or administrative capacity.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
β’ Practical experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
β’ Capability to interpret basic HR and payroll reports.
β’ Previous experience in technology, logistics, or fast-paced commercial industries is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with international or multi-site operations is a plus.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
β’ Exceptional time-management abilities with the skill to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
β’ Proficient in managing sensitive, confidential information with the utmost discretion.
β’ Fully remote position.
