This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and modify slide presentations, reports, memos, letters, meeting agendas, and various documents utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation tools.

• Collaborate closely with the Sr. HR Project Manager to ensure they are well-informed about upcoming obligations and duties, providing timely follow-ups as needed.

• Support the Sr. HR Project Manager in HR initiatives, including scheduling, preparing meeting agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and gathering updates from team members.

• Execute benefits-related responsibilities, such as verifying dependents, processing COBRA, and following up with employees regarding missing documentation.

• Provide customer service by addressing basic employee inquiries and directing escalated issues to the appropriate parties.

• Maintain the confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, and research-related information.

• Assist HR sub-functions in a backup capacity, as well as during audits and annual projects, as required.

• Process employee changes by collecting, verifying, uploading, and submitting information to Payroll for record updates.

• Gather, verify, and upload relevant documentation (such as social security cards) for existing employee name changes, submit to Payroll, and update employee records accordingly.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in Human Resources is highly preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is essential.

• Familiarity with UltiPro HRIS and Concur systems is an advantage.

• Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service within a collaborative team setting.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Capability to organize and handle multiple priorities concurrently.

• Must maintain discretion when managing confidential matters.

• Strong attention to detail is required.
