This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assists in the efficient execution of HR operations throughout LTG
• Delivers high-quality administration of the employee lifecycle
• Manages payroll and benefits administration tasks
• Ensures HR processes are executed accurately, consistently, and in accordance with established policies
• Keeps precise employee records and documentation
• Performs data validation and quality assurance tasks
• Oversees employee benefit administration duties
• Compiles and distributes regular HR operational reports
• Background in supporting HR administration, HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle processes
• Proficient in processing employee lifecycle transactions, including hiring, changes, transfers, and terminations
• Skilled in maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Familiarity with HR systems for processing transactions, maintaining records, and assisting operational HR activities
• Experience in payroll administration, payroll coordination, or payroll-related tasks across one or more jurisdictions
• Knowledge in supporting employee benefits administration, provider coordination, and reconciliation tasks
• Competence in working with HR workflows, case management processes, and service delivery environments
• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR administration best practices, and operational service delivery principles
