This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Act as the main administrator for Paylocity, overseeing and upkeeping employee records.
β’ Maintain data accuracy by routinely auditing the system and updating employee information as required.
β’ Generate and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows in Paylocity to facilitate HR initiatives and metrics.
β’ Diagnose and resolve HRIS-related issues, collaborating with Paylocity support as needed.
β’ Oversee system upgrades and the rollout of new features, providing training to staff when necessary.
β’ Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, which includes preparing offer letters, dispatching welcome packets, gathering essential documents, and entering new hire data into the HRIS.
β’ Guarantee a seamless onboarding experience by scheduling orientation sessions, ensuring the completion of new hire paperwork, and coordinating with relevant departments.
β’ Administer offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews, deactivating system access, and handling final paperwork.
β’ Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations during the onboarding and offboarding processes.
β’ Assist in maintaining HR compliance by updating employee files, tracking certifications, and ensuring policy adherence.
β’ Provide support to the HR team in employee relations, benefits administration, and various HR functions as required.
β’ Collaborate with payroll to guarantee accurate and timely submission of data, such as new hires, terminations, and employee status changes.
β’ Offer administrative assistance in areas like maintaining employee records, addressing employee inquiries, and generating reports.
β’ Identify areas for process enhancement in HRIS administration and HR operations.
β’ Work alongside HR leadership to optimize HR workflows using the Paylocity system, improving efficiency and employee experience.
β’ Create documentation and procedures for HRIS-related tasks and train staff as necessary.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, with specific expertise in HRIS systems (Paylocity experience is mandatory).
β’ Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and compliance.
β’ Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
β’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ Capability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
β’ Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
β’ Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws.
β’ Familiarity with benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
