This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources Department.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and processing necessary documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment and new hire paperwork, while also maintaining onboarding records.
• Aid in the preparation, distribution, and tracking of HR-related forms and documents.
• Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing communications with candidates.
• Maintain employee files, ensuring that documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Help maintain records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Prepare, compile, and distribute HR reports, metrics, and other departmental data as needed.
• Contribute to the development, organization, and upkeep of training materials, job aids, and HR documentation.
• Support HR compliance initiatives by assisting with audits, record retention, policy acknowledgments, required notices, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor mandatory employee training and compliance requirements.
• Address routine employee inquiries and refer more complex issues to the relevant HR team member.
• Manage confidential employee and company information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Complete a variety of assignments while juggling multiple priorities and adhering to established deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and the organization.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in administrative support, preferably within Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in supporting onboarding, recruitment, employee records management, or HR administration is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capability to manage confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of urgency and dedication to meeting deadlines.
