This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Overseeing all administrative processes from onboarding through to offboarding
β’ Ensuring adherence to German labor laws
β’ Collaborating on the provision of payroll data
β’ Managing and updating HR Information Systems (HRIS/Workday)
β’ Serving as the main point of contact for employees concerning HR operations
β’ Professional fluency (B2/C1) in both German and English
β’ Demonstrated experience in HR administration and operations (preferably within Germany)
β’ Knowledge of German labor regulations
β’ Practical experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday)
β’ Strong attention to detail and organized work habits
β’ Proactive approach to managing tasks
