This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist in establishing and overseeing people operations from the ground up.

β€’ Develop and uphold HR policies, the employee handbook, and internal procedures.

β€’ Oversee recruitment processes, including screening, interview coordination, and onboarding efforts.

β€’ Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

β€’ Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits, and various employee-related administrative tasks.

β€’ Support performance management initiatives, appraisals, feedback systems, and employee development programs.

β€’ Professionally handle employee relations, internal communication, and conflict resolution.

β€’ Assist management in fostering a healthy, accountable, and high-performance workplace culture.

β€’ Contribute to administrative operations and enhancements of internal processes.

β€’ Ensure that HR practices are organized, compliant, and aligned with the company's objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.

β€’ Ideally, a graduate from IBA.

β€’ 4–8 years of experience in HR, administration, people operations, or a comparable role.

β€’ Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, documentation, and employee management.

β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

β€’ Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.

β€’ Mature, discreet, trustworthy, and adept at managing sensitive employee matters.

β€’ Comfortable working in a dynamic company where systems and processes are to be developed from scratch.

β€’ Openness to potential relocation to Saudi Arabia in the future, if necessary.

β€’ Experience with startups, SMEs, or expanding companies is preferred.
