This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Contribute to and be an integral part of the team responsible for supporting and executing data management and customer service activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of output.
β’ Your role will primarily focus on HR Administration processes and Customer Care services, with the flexibility to provide support as needed.
β’ Utilize your HR Administration expertise to address client queries/issues and ensure a solid understanding of client-specific processes and tasks.
β’ Carry out Data Management or Customer Service activities independently according to the established calendar and KPIs.
β’ Ensure that Data Management tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
β’ Respond to Tickets and Calls within SLA timeframes and maintain a high standard of service.
β’ Adhere to Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and report any gaps or inconsistencies in the documentation.
β’ Assist in updating DWIs as necessary.
β’ Alert the Service Manager to any deviations from the standard scope of service.
β’ Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
β’ Actively participate in team meetings and promptly raise any issues to your Service Manager.
β’ Stay informed about all Strada HR announcements and communications.
β’ Foster positive relationships with all lines of business whenever appropriate.
β’ Engage in projects and activities as required and assigned.
β’ Preferred knowledge of HRIS.
β’ Previous experience in roles related to HR Administration or Customer Support is highly advantageous.
β’ Proficient in spoken and written English to facilitate daily work communication.
β’ Proficiency in an additional European language is considered an asset.
β’ Strong familiarity with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
β’ Ability to adapt and support a global, fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong attention to detail.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capable of collaborating and working effectively in a team, as well as independently while following established processes and procedures.
β’ Willingness to cover required work shifts and Bank Holidays when necessary.
β’ One-year employment contract (with a 6-month probation period) - contract may be extended based on business needs.
