HPE Aruba Networking Certification Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Develop certification content that prioritizes customer needs, which includes concepts, examples, tasks, and hands-on activities.

• Organize, schedule, staff, and actively engage in the development of written and expert-level certification workshops.

• Sustain a network of subject matter experts.

• Convey certification objectives, processes, and requirements throughout the organization.

• Assess and suggest certification exams, specializations, and learning pathways.

• Create, review, and uphold certification exam blueprints.

• Leverage AI-assisted tools to produce segments of exam content.

• Review, validate, consolidate, edit, update, and enhance exam items and practice tests.

• Transform workshop outputs into operational expert-level exam environments and validate tasks.

• Design, construct, maintain, and validate master topologies in collaboration with lab engineering teams.

• Develop and sustain exam forms and topology files for online delivery.

• Troubleshoot expert-level exam delivery environments during candidate assessments.

• Analyze feedback and propose corrective measures and enhancements.

• Examine exam performance data and coordinate exam updates, revisions, security enhancements, and publication processes.

• Create self-study bundles, lab content, and courseware in partnership with contractors and internal stakeholders.

• Oversee learning content development and delivery projects.

• Advise candidates on learning paths, certification tracks, and exam choices.

• Articulate certification content and objectives to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist with candidate registration and certification operations at company events and testing activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in producing technical content.

• BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or networking certification or equivalent experience.

• Capability to independently and collaboratively research intricate technical concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance content creation while ensuring high-quality results.

• Practical experience with routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, and cloud services.

• Preferred expertise in HPE Aruba Networking and/or HPE Juniper Networking products and technologies.

• Networking industry expert-level certifications are preferred.
