HPC & AI Deployment Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of customer projects and solutions.

• Direct customer-facing initiatives with various teams across intricate American regions.

• Handle high-risk deployment timelines along with complex legal and commercial matters.

• Administer project financials, including project profit and loss.

• Cultivate client relationships and manage senior client delivery connections.

• Act as the representative of the organization to external customers and clients.

• Coordinate internal project teams across multiple HPE divisions.

• Supervise internal and external resources for teams of fewer than 40 individuals.

• Guide team members and promote skill enhancement.

• Provide input for performance reviews and development suggestions.

• Understand, manage, and lead technical deployment tasks within a team setting.

• Communicate program plans, proposals, and outcomes, negotiating options with senior management.

• Travel frequently every 2 to 3 weeks to customer locations or HPE offices.

⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• Significant travel is necessary every 2 to 3 weeks.

• Preference for a remote position based in Virginia.

• Extensive experience with project and program planning tools and software packages.

• Technical project management experience in directing deployment tasks within a team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven success in managing all facets of programs.

• Experience in communicating with stakeholders and leading matrixed teams and resources.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and the local language.

• Ability to articulate program plans, proposals, and results, negotiating options at senior management levels.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 7 years of experience in technical project management.

• PMP certification is advantageous.

• Comprehensive understanding of the company's Services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies relevant to project management.
