This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Oversee customer project and solution implementation.
• Collaborate directly with clients and various teams.
• Handle intricate deployments across one or more regions in the U.S.
• Supervise high-risk deployment timelines.
• Address complex legal and commercial challenges.
• Manage project finances, including profit and loss statements.
• Foster client relationships and manage senior client delivery connections.
• Act as the organization's representative to external customers and clients.
• Coordinate internal project teams across multiple HPE divisions.
• Oversee internal and external resources, managing a team of fewer than 40 individuals.
• Mentor team members and promote skill development.
• Provide feedback for performance reviews and development suggestions.
• Understand, manage, and guide technical deployment tasks within a team setting.
• Communicate program strategies, proposals, and outcomes.
• Negotiate alternatives at senior management levels.
• Travel frequently every 2 to 3 weeks to customer locations or HPE offices.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Frequent travel is required every 2 to 3 weeks.
• Preference for a remote position based in Virginia.
• Significant experience with project and program planning tools and software.
• Background in technical project management, including directing deployment tasks in team settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven business insight.
• Successful track record in managing all program aspects.
• Experience in communicating with stakeholders and leading matrixed teams and resources.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Capability to convey program strategies, proposals, and results.
• Skill in negotiating alternatives at senior management levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in technical project management.
• PMP certification is advantageous.
