HPC & AI Deployment Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate HPC and AI delivery and deployments throughout the Americas, encompassing hardware, software, fabric, acceptance, and both internal and customer interactions.

• Supervise customer project and solution delivery.

• Collaborate closely with clients and various teams.

• Coordinate complex, high-risk deployment timelines across American regions.

• Address complicated legal and commercial matters.

• Manage project financials, including project P&L.

• Cultivate client relationships and senior-level client delivery connections.

• Represent the organization to external clients and customers.

• Lead internal project teams across multiple HPE divisions.

• Coordinate internal and external resources with a team consisting of fewer than 40 individuals.

• Mentor project team members and promote skill enhancement.

• Provide input on performance evaluations and development suggestions for team members.

• Articulate program plans, proposals, and outcomes.

• Negotiate options at senior management levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• Frequent travel is required every 2 to 3 weeks.

• A remote position based in Virginia is preferred.

• Extensive experience with project and program planning tools and software packages.

• Capability to understand, manage, and direct technical deployment efforts within a team setting.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven business acumen.

• Successful experience overseeing all facets of programs.

• Experience in communicating with stakeholders and guiding matrixed teams and resources.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and the local language.

• Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results.

• Skill in negotiating options at senior management levels.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management.

• PMP certification is advantageous.

• Comprehensive understanding of company services operational policies, processes, and methodologies pertinent to project management.
