• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio comprising 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture alongside General Managers and Front Desk personnel by sharing best practices and engaging in peer coaching.
• Responsible for driving return on investment (ROI) for hotel partners.
• Initiate new accounts within the local market and enhance market share from existing accounts through targeted prospecting.
• Present bi-weekly sales strategy updates via MS Teams to communicate progress.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales position.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems, the RFP process, and brand tools.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Capability to establish and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members.
• General understanding of hotel operations.
• Proven experience using a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline effectively.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
• Competitive salary of $70,000 USD.
