This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver strategic, proactive, and outbound sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels while fostering a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk staff by sharing best practices and engaging in peer coaching.
• Responsible for driving ROI for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed sales cycle of 6 months.
• Activate new accounts within the local market and enhance market share from existing accounts through intentional and strategic prospecting efforts.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams with each of your assigned hotels to report on progress.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and reduce the sales cycle duration.
• Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model by collaborating closely with your assigned POD (team) to drive revenue across our hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction by acting as a seamless extension of the hotel and representing your clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Willingness to travel for in-market visits to enhance and solidify client relationships.
• A minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments; multi-property sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and reach revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in building trustworthy relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the capability to manage priorities and produce results in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work at a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended periods.
• Must reside in the United States and be available for client visits approximately 2-4 times a year.
