This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Execute strategic, proactive sales efforts for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels while fostering a sales-oriented environment with General Managers and Front Desk teams by sharing best practices and providing peer-to-peer coaching.
• Responsible for driving return on investment for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed six-month sales cycle.
• Initiate new accounts in the local market and enhance market share from existing clients through deliberate and strategic prospecting activities.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams for each of your assigned hotels to update on progress.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM for effective account management and to expedite the sales process.
• Collaborate with your designated POD (team) to support the Dynamic Sales Solution model and boost revenue across our hotel portfolio.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction by acting as a seamless extension of the hotel and representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Willingness to travel for in-market visits to enhance and solidify client relationships.
• A minimum of three consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments; experience in multi-property sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and meet revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Capability to work on a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended durations.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times per year.
