• Deliver strategic, proactive outbound sales for a portfolio comprising 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture in collaboration with General Managers and Front Desk personnel.
• Responsible for driving return on investment for hotel partners while reaching revenue goals within a condensed sales cycle of 6 months.
• Activate new accounts in the local market and enhance market share from existing clients.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams.
• Cultivate and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model by closely collaborating with the assigned POD (team).
• Create exceptional client experiences and manage client expectations effectively.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales position.
• Strong comprehension of hotel systems, RFP processes, and brand tools.
• Proven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to forge and sustain relationships with hotel clients and team colleagues.
• General knowledge of hotel operations.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing a CRM system to manage sales pipelines.
• Proficient in using all Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) for creating and analyzing reports.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for drafting correspondence, proposals, and reports.
• Strong organizational, time management, and adaptability capabilities.
