• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk staff by sharing best practices and providing peer-to-peer coaching.
• Responsible for driving ROI for hotel partners while achieving revenue targets within a condensed sales cycle of six months.
• Activate new accounts in the local market and enhance market share from existing accounts through deliberate and strategic prospecting.
• Present bi-weekly sales strategy updates via MS Teams for each of your assigned hotels to report on progress.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with your assigned POD (team) to support the Dynamic Sales Solution model and drive revenue across our hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold a high level of client satisfaction.
• A minimum of three consecutive years of sales experience in hotel guestroom sales, focusing on business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel.
• Preferably two years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales position.
• Strong understanding of hotel systems, the RFP process, and brand-specific tools.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients and team members.
• General knowledge of hotel operations.
• Proven experience utilizing a CRM system.
• Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) for effective management of your hotel portfolio.
