• Deliver strategic, proactive sales initiatives for a portfolio comprising 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented environment in collaboration with General Managers and Front Desk personnel by sharing industry best practices.
• Responsible for driving return on investment for hotel partners while achieving revenue targets within a condensed sales cycle of 6 months.
• Activate new accounts within the local market and enhance market share from current accounts.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams to provide progress updates.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model by collaborating closely with your assigned POD (team).
• Create exceptional client experiences, set client expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role.
• Strong comprehension of hotel systems, RFP processes, and brand tools.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
• Capability to establish and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members.
• General knowledge of hotel operations.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience utilizing a CRM system to manage the sales pipeline and follow-ups.
• Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
