This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels while fostering a sales-oriented culture alongside the General Managers and Front Desk staff through the sharing of best practices and peer coaching.
• Responsible for driving ROI for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed 6-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts within the local market and boost market share from existing accounts through deliberate and strategic prospecting efforts.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams with each of your assigned hotels to provide updates on progress.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts effectively and expedite the sales cycle.
• Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model by collaborating closely with your assigned POD (team) to enhance revenue across our hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold high levels of client satisfaction by acting as a seamless extension of the hotel and representing your clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Willingness to travel for in-market visits to strengthen and elevate client relationships.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments; multi-property sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to generate new business, expand market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (or a similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work at a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended periods.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times a year.
