
Hotel Partnerships Specialist – Strategic Alliances

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identifying and prospecting new hotel chains and independent hotels to expand our portfolio.
• Developing and generating new clients through innovative prospecting strategies.
• Understanding client needs and collaborating on customized proposals that deliver real value.
• Managing key accounts and engaging in strategic negotiations with decision-makers.
• Reviewing and analyzing commercial terms of contracts with partners prior to escalation to Legal, identifying risks, optimization opportunities, and key negotiation points.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (Legal, Product, Finance, Marketing) to ensure successful implementations.
• Identifying trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the Spanish market.
• Monitoring performance, measuring results, and reporting progress.
• Driving revenue growth, volume, and efficiency through strategic partnerships.
• Tracking performance KPIs, profitability, and objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Tourism, or related fields.
• Intermediate English (desirable).
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial roles focused on prospecting and business development.
• Strong negotiation and prospecting skills with growth potential.
• Genuine interest in consultative selling and building long-lasting business relationships.
• Solid analytical skills for presenting results and strategies.
