This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Account Managers in the sales process, onboarding, and ongoing success of host organizations engaged in CIEE internship and training programs.
• Oversee a portfolio of designated host organizations, ensuring consistent communication, offering program guidance, and supporting host engagement and retention strategies.
• Aid the sales team with the CIEE Internship Posting Platform, including creating job postings, auditing roles, making updates, providing host training, troubleshooting, and offering user support as necessary.
• Develop expertise in host organization and position compliance reviews to guarantee adherence to program regulations, quality standards, and participant experience objectives.
• Provide Salesforce and internal systems assistance to Account Managers, covering account setup, data management, reporting, workflow coordination, and record upkeep.
• Conduct research to identify potential host organizations within targeted industries and regions, supporting business development and account expansion efforts.
• Monitor onboarding processes and proactively resolve issues, ensuring hosts are equipped to interview, hire, and successfully welcome participants.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes that enhance host satisfaction, operational efficiency, and program growth.
• Keep precise records and documentation across Salesforce and internal systems to support reporting, compliance, and account management goals.
• Assist in reviewing participant applications in Beacon to verify eligibility requirements and ensure applications are complete and ready for processing.
• Support the review and approval workflows of training plans, collaborating closely with host organizations to ensure timely submissions and successful progress through onboarding and placement processes.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of prior experience in customer success or customer service is required.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse range of activities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that can be adapted to various audiences, including participants, industry partners, international representatives, and senior leaders.
• Capability to navigate and resolve a broad spectrum of issues while serving as an exemplary ambassador for CIEE and its mission and programs.
• Ability to thrive within a complex institutional framework, possessing a high tolerance for ambiguity and flexibility, and responding promptly and appropriately to changing circumstances.
