Host Growth Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist Host Growth Specialists during the acquisition process by monitoring the progress of each lead within the funnel.

• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and communications with prospective hosts.

• Assess host forms and submissions to ensure all information is accurate and complete (including photos, infrastructure details, pricing, and operational data).

• Verify and systematically arrange contracts, agreements, and supporting documents.

• Maintain updated records in the CRM, encompassing acquisition stages, notes, and documentation.

• Facilitate transitions between teams (Acquisition, Onboarding, and Account Management) to ensure thorough documentation of information.

• Recognize operational bottlenecks and collaborate to enhance internal processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field, with a commitment to at least 1.5 years of internship.

• Proficient in English — daily communication with hosts and usage of tools in English is required.

• Knowledge of Excel for organizing data and tracking processes.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with composure.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

• A genuine eagerness to learn hands-on about sales, partnerships, and the operations of marketplace growth.

• Alignment with Worldpackers’ mission and a strong passion for travel and transformative experiences.

• Availability for internship from 8:00–15:00 or 9:00–16:00.
