Hospitality – Hotel Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients interested in organizing events at hotels.

• Advocate for and sell products and services related to hospitality.

• Deliver exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and fulfill client expectations.

• Keep accurate customer records and follow up on potential sales opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Prior experience in hospitality or hotel-related sales is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in customer support or customer service.

• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Experience in working with hotels, resorts, travel agencies, or hospitality service providers.
