Hospitality – Hotel Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

• Build and nurture relationships with clients seeking to host events at hotels.

• Market and sell hospitality-related products and services.

• Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and fulfill client expectations.

• Keep accurate customer records and follow up on sales leads.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance the customer experience and boost client retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Prior experience in hospitality or hotel-related sales is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in customer support or customer service.

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Experience working with hotels, resorts, travel agencies, or hospitality service providers.

• Sales-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
