• Bachelor's degree.

• Prior experience in sales within the hospitality or hotel sector is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in customer support or service roles.

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

• Experience collaborating with hotels, resorts, travel agencies, or hospitality service providers.
