This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Perform outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions as directed by clients with assigned targets and potential customers.
• Present compelling sales pitches to both current and prospective clients.
• Effectively communicate the clinical advantages and value of the product to healthcare professionals and office personnel utilizing virtual educational resources and support materials.
• Build trust and credibility through consistent and professional virtual communication.
• Create and execute a dynamic business plan for the territory to fulfill customer needs and meet objectives.
• Stay informed about local and regional market trends relevant to the virtual territory.
• Strategically plan and organize activities to ensure regular and effective coverage of the territory.
• Manage territory information while adhering to reporting and regulatory obligations.
• Work collaboratively across functions with field sales partners on shared, high-value accounts.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in specialty sales is required; experience in Urology is preferred.
• Experience in hospital sales is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of documented and consistent sales performance achievement.
• A minimum of 1 year of virtual sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with field sales partners to support shared, high-value accounts.
