Hospital Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Execute the marketing strategy for the client by delivering effective sales presentations to both existing and potential customers.

• Strategically plan and organize activities to ensure regular and effective coverage of the assigned territory.

• Manage territory information while adhering to reporting and regulatory standards.

• Conduct client-directed outbound communications, including calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with designated targets and prospective customers.

• Clearly communicate the clinical benefits and value of products to healthcare professionals and office staff using educational resources and support materials in a virtual format.

• Build trust and credibility through consistent and professional virtual communication.

• Create and execute a dynamic business plan for the territory that addresses customer needs and achieves objectives.

• Stay informed about local and regional market trends within the designated virtual territory.

• Collaborate with cross-functional field sales partners to provide support for shared, high-value accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in specialty sales is required; experience in urology is preferred.

• Experience in hospital sales is strongly preferred.

• A proven track record of documented and consistent sales performance is essential.

• Over 1 year of virtual sales experience is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with field sales partners to strategically support shared, high-value accounts.
