Hospital Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Execute the marketing strategy of the client by delivering effective sales presentations to both existing and potential customers.

• Strategically plan and coordinate activities to ensure consistent coverage of the designated territory.

• Manage territory information while adhering to reporting and regulatory obligations.

• Conduct client-directed outbound communications, including calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers.

• Effectively communicate the clinical advantages and value of the product to healthcare professionals and office staff using virtual educational tools and support materials.

• Build trust and credibility through consistent, professional virtual interactions.

• Create and implement a dynamic business plan for the territory to address customer needs and achieve objectives.

• Stay informed about local and regional market trends within the virtual territory.

• Collaborate across functions with field sales partners to support shared, high-value accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is necessary.

• A minimum of 1+ years of specialty sales experience is required; experience in Urology is preferred.

• Strong preference for candidates with hospital sales experience.

• Proven track record of documented and consistent sales performance.

• A minimum of 1+ years of virtual sales experience is highly preferred.

• Established ability to collaborate cross-functionally with field sales partners to strategically support shared, high-value accounts.
