Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in the comfort of pets' homes.

• Operate independently while on the road.

• Manage a limited number of appointments daily at a relaxed pace.

• Engage with families and clarify end-of-life care alternatives.

• Assist families in saying farewell with grace and tranquility.

• Serve the areas of Plymouth, New Bedford, Marshfield, Kingston, Wareham, Massachusetts, and neighboring metropolitan regions.

• Collaborate with and gain support from seasoned colleagues.

• Take part in onboarding, mentorship, training, and professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.

• A valid driver's license in the U.S.

• Ability to select four weekend days each month that suit your lifestyle.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record assessment prior to the start date.
