Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services for pets in their own environments.

• Operate independently while traveling.

• Manage a limited number of appointments each day, ensuring no overlapping or hasty visits.

• Engage with families by listening to their concerns, clarifying care options, addressing challenging inquiries, and respecting each pet's narrative.

• Assist families in bidding farewell with dignity and tranquility.

• Cover the areas of Westborough, Holden, Grafton, Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, along with the neighboring metropolitan region.

• Involve yourself in onboarding, mentorship, and collaboration with seasoned professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) qualification.

• A valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Select four weekend days each month that suit your lifestyle.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with support.

• Verification of licensure is necessary before the start date.

• A background check is mandated prior to the commencement date.

• Review of driving record is required before the start date.
