Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services within clients' residences.

• Operate independently while traveling throughout Los Angeles, Torrance, Pasadena, Glendale, and Santa Monica.

• Manage a limited number of appointments each day, ensuring no double-booking or hasty consultations.

• Support families by addressing challenging inquiries and assisting them in saying farewell with dignity and tranquility.

• Articulate care details and celebrate each pet's unique narrative.

• Work collaboratively with and receive guidance from seasoned colleagues.

• Engage in onboarding, training, mentorship, and avenues for professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) is required.

• A valid U.S. Driver's License is necessary.

• Select four weekend days per month that align with your schedule.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record assessment prior to the start date.
