Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in the comfort of clients' residences.

• Operate independently while traveling across Fremont, Union City, Newark, San Jose, and the Tri-Valley/California region.

• Conduct a limited number of appointments each day to avoid double-booking and ensure ample time for each client.

• Engage with families, clarify end-of-life options, and facilitate respectful farewells.

• Take part in the onboarding process, receive personalized mentorship, and benefit from continuous team support.

• Foster connections with families during their pets' final moments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.

• Possession of a valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Availability to select 4 weekend days per month that align with your personal schedule.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record assessment prior to the start date.
