This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee an expanding portfolio of vacation homes.
• Ensure each property is showcased optimally with precise and enticing descriptions.
• Maintain high-quality, well-staged photography that emphasizes key selling points.
• Develop pricing strategies based on data analysis, competitor insights, and performance trends.
• Actively monitor booking rates to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
• Provide regular updates, site visits, and performance evaluations.
• Detect potential issues early using guest feedback and reviews.
• Manage difficult conversations without escalating conflicts.
• Recommend updates to décor, enhancements, and impactful features.
• Propose methods to increase property appeal, such as permitting pets or adding amenities.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles to bookings.
• Review Property Quality Scores and suggest improvements.
• Work alongside New Business to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new owners.
• Stay informed about relevant industry regulations.
• Promote referrals and consistently advocate for the company culture.
• Manage time efficiently to meet performance benchmarks.
• Prioritize health, safety, and well-being in all job aspects.
• Experience in account management.
• Strong capability to understand and analyze data.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving and surpassing targets.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Customer-focused with experience managing diverse clientele.
• Proficient in IT, including Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of properties and strong regional understanding.
• Proactive problem solver with outstanding time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes.
• Possess a full driving license.
• Availability to work a limited number of scheduled weekends.
• Experience in holiday letting or real estate (Desirable).
• Familiarity with the holiday property sector (Desirable).
