• Manage your time effectively to achieve performance targets.
• Prioritize health, safety, and well-being in all aspects of the role.
• Previous experience in account management or a similar relationship-oriented role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• A results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving and surpassing targets.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• A customer-centric approach, with experience managing diverse stakeholders.
• Confidence in utilizing IT systems, including Excel and Outlook.
• Solid knowledge of property and a keen awareness of your local area.

• A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
