This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Increase bookings and revenue.

• Ensure each property is showcased optimally with precise and engaging descriptions.

• Maintain high-quality photography while emphasizing key selling features.

• Develop pricing strategies based on data, competitor insights, and performance trends.

• Monitor booking performance and provide proactive recommendations to enhance occupancy and revenue.

• Foster strong relationships with homeowners.

• Serve as the trusted contact for homeowners within your region.

• Provide regular updates, conduct property visits, and perform performance reviews.

• Identify potential issues early through guest feedback and reviews.

• Engage in conversations confidently, including challenging discussions when necessary.

• Support homeowner events and engagement initiatives.

• Enhance property and portfolio quality.

• Suggest décor updates, upgrades, and impactful improvements.

• Spot opportunities to increase appeal, such as adding amenities or modifying policies.

• Eliminate barriers to bookings, such as restrictive terms or presentation challenges.

• Review property quality scores and provide advice on enhancements.

• Flag properties that fall short of required standards.

• Collaborate with the New Business team to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.

• Stay informed about relevant industry legislation.

• Encourage referrals and promote Travel Chapter’s culture and values.

• Manage your time effectively to achieve performance targets.

• Prioritize health, safety, and well-being in all aspects of the role.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in account management or a similar relationship-oriented role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• A results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving and surpassing targets.

• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.

• A customer-centric approach, with experience managing diverse stakeholders.

• Confidence in utilizing IT systems, including Excel and Outlook.

• Solid knowledge of property and a keen awareness of your local area.

• A proactive problem solver with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and adhere to processes effectively.

• A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.

• Flexibility to work occasional scheduled weekends.
