This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Understanding each owner's property, history, preferences, and current circumstances
• Proactively communicating — owners should receive updates from us before they need to inquire
• Monitoring every commitment made to them, ensuring none are overlooked
• Guiding the internal team to fulfill those commitments punctually and to the expected standard
• De-escalating tense situations while maintaining accuracy and honesty
• Generating weekly reports that homeowners genuinely look forward to reading
• Cultivating relationships that are so strong that referrals and renewals occur naturally
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Over 2 years of experience in customer-facing positions — such as account management, customer success, hospitality management, or similar service-industry roles.
• Proven history of managing client relationships, rather than merely responding to inquiries
• Strong references who can attest to your ownership, accuracy, and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
• High levels of empathy and the capability to navigate challenging conversations with composure and professionalism
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and resolve issues among multiple stakeholders
• Keen attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy and follow-through
• Strong references that showcase accountability, communication, and client relationship management
