Home & Infusion Suite Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Deliver direct infusion therapy and nursing care to patients either in their homes or designated infusion suites.

• Administer various therapies including IVIG, SCIG, Alpha-1 therapies, Blincyto, biologic medications, TPN, and other prescribed IV and injectable treatments.

• Conduct medication administration, patient evaluations, treatment monitoring, documentation, and patient education.

• Maintain communication with the patient's healthcare team.

• Organize work schedules based on patient referrals and availability within the service area.

• Engage in a phone screening and virtual interview process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active and unrestricted Wisconsin RN license.

• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in home infusion.

• Hold a current BLS certification.

• Maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.

• Exhibit the ability to work independently in a home or infusion suite environment.

• Show strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively coordinate with patients, pharmacies, providers, and other team members.

• Experience in administering infusion therapies to adult and/or pediatric patients is highly preferred.
