📋 Description

• Establish strategic direction for intricate, cross-functional CenterWell Home Health initiatives

• Offer operational support to enhance clinician productivity and workforce strategies

• Create strategy roadmaps and performance metrics to address complex challenges and enhance operational results

• Evaluate existing operations and workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement

• Collaborate with field stakeholders and senior leadership

• Direct cross-functional project teams to identify opportunities, communicate findings, build consensus, and execute strategic initiatives

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and measurable outcomes

• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy formulation, pilot design, and decision-making

• Collaborate with the Analytics team

• Formulate tool and dashboard strategies for continuous performance monitoring and informed decision-making

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required

• At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years in corporate strategy/operations, workforce planning, or a related field

• Proven track record of independently driving significant, measurable business outcomes in dynamic strategic settings

• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a proactive, solution-focused approach

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Demonstrated experience in strategy, business operations, or workforce planning

• Strong analytical capabilities with the aptitude to interpret intricate data

• Proficient in data analysis tools and software

• Capable of creating and presenting materials for Management Team/CEO-level audiences with minimal supervision

• History of establishing and meeting performance metrics and KPIs

• Proven project management expertise with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives concurrently

• Experience collaborating across functions with HR, data teams, and operations

• Knowledge of change management principles and tools

• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and excels both independently and in team settings

• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong execution discipline

• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
