• Deliver Physical Therapy Assistant services to patients within their residences

• Assist patients in reaching their health and wellness objectives

• Provide patient-focused care in collaboration with healthcare professionals

• Offer rehabilitation services in partnership with Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy teams

• Complete documentation online

• Travel throughout designated service areas
