This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct pre-screening of all job applicants according to 2nd Family standards.
• Arrange interviews with potential candidates.
• Gather all essential information regarding each new caregiver.
• Ensure that all caregiver data is accurately entered into AxisCare.
• Complete scheduling by the end of business on Wednesdays for the upcoming two full weeks.
• Follow up on shifts that remain unconfirmed.
• Take part in the weekend on-call rotation.
• Possession of a college degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as a scheduler or in other relevant administrative support roles.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and medical insurance plans.
• Proven track record of working in a medical office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Skilled in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
