This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Promote available caregiver positions across various platforms, utilizing both free and paid advertisements.

• Continuously attract high-quality job candidates and pre-screen them according to established internal criteria.

• Arrange interviews and supply interviewers with applicant resumes and pre-screening notes.

• Manage the onboarding process: gather signed documents, distribute orientation manuals, and keep employee records up to date.

• Monitor document expiration dates and ensure caregiver files are current in AxisCare.

• Prepare and finalize caregiver schedules every Wednesday for the subsequent two weeks.

• Follow up on unconfirmed shifts and verify caregiver availability.

• Communicate through calls, texts, and emails to fill open shifts.

• Participate in a weekend on-call rotation and escalate tasks as necessary.

• Keep management updated on scheduling progress and staffing requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, HR coordination, or relevant administrative roles in a healthcare or medical environment.

• Knowledgeable about medical terminology and basic health insurance concepts.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

• Familiarity with scheduling systems is preferred.
