HNW/Trust and Estates Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Supervise client projects from the planning phase through to implementation and further.

• Create and oversee engagement plans for implementation activities.

• Coordinate schedules between clients and the tax service line team to ensure the availability of necessary resources.

• Comprehend and establish project priorities.

• Determine resource needs and assign staffing consultants to respective projects.

• Monitor the performance of project tasks.

• Identify, track, and manage action items, issues, and risks effectively.

• Act as a liaison between client teams and internal service teams to resolve issues promptly.

• Prepare and distribute weekly status reports.

• Collaborate with colleagues to surpass client expectations.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.

• Engage in professional development through involvement in community organizations and business solicitation.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax and accounting.

• Experience in planning and compliance roles with businesses and High Net Worth families.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.

• CPA or EA certification is required.

• Experience in supervising and training staff.

• Ability to consult with clients on estate, gift, and income tax planning and execution.

• Capacity to manage client relationships and collaborate with internal leaders effectively.

• Proven ability to develop, monitor, and deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.
