High Volume Seasonal Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit candidates for open positions through cold calling, data mining, and searches on external job boards.

• Utilize Workday to identify, track, monitor, process, and hire candidates effectively.

• Perform initial phone screen assessments of prospective candidates.

• Provide professional and courteous assistance to candidates via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Maintain documentation in Microsoft Excel for tracking, trending, and monitoring purposes.

• Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Team Manager.

• High School diploma and/or equivalent certification is mandatory.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting that demands flexibility and creativity.

• Proficient in internet navigation and web-based applications.

• Basic experience with Excel is required.

• Comfortability using a laptop and associated software.

• Strong skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

• Previous experience in recruiting/sourcing is advantageous.
