High Volume Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications, offering pertinent market insights and suggestions.

• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position needs and provide exceptional candidate slates while cultivating talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the selection process with prompt updates on their status.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

• Experience with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
