High Touch Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• In the role of Implementation Specialist for our High Touch segment, you will oversee and manage the comprehensive implementation of Ashby’s solutions for mid-market and smaller enterprise clients. You will handle a portfolio of 12-15 active implementations simultaneously, with each project lasting between 4 to 8 weeks.

• You will collaborate directly with clients to formulate and implement plans that guarantee a positive customer experience and a swift realization of value.

• Your primary objective is to assist our clients in quickly getting operational with Ashby, enabling them to reach their desired outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Implementation & Project Management: You possess significant experience in leading implementation and onboarding initiatives within high-growth B2B SaaS contexts, defining project scope, aligning stakeholders, communicating project timelines, and delivering results that meet established expectations. You ensure teams remain on schedule to achieve milestones, work efficiently in a remote-first environment, and are open to traveling less than 10% for customer interactions.

• Technical Proficiency: You have a background in complex, multi-module SaaS systems, grasp shared configuration and data models, and are at ease with analytics, conditional logic, and relational data (knowledge of Ashby is advantageous but not mandatory).

• Customer Centricity: You have a profound understanding of customer needs, customizing implementations to satisfy their distinct requirements. You foster strong client relationships through high levels of engagement and communication, acting as the proactive guide and advocate for the customer throughout the implementation phase.

• Change Management: You are skilled in navigating change management protocols and assisting customers in adapting to new systems and updated methodologies.

• Best Practices & Recommendations: You take pride in guiding customers on best practices tailored to their software usage to ensure maximum value.

• Critical Thinking & Solutions Orientation: You take initiative in identifying customer opportunities and enhancing our processes accordingly. Rather than relying on past experiences, you engage in critical thinking to resolve issues.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: You effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align and define progress.
