This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead clinical and procedural excellence in the management of hernia diseases to ensure growth that surpasses market averages within the designated territory.
• Create strategic plans for key accounts.
• Cultivate vital relationships with customers.
• Implement robotic integration projects.
• Utilize sales, education, and program initiatives to boost procedural adoption and market conversion.
• Enhance collaborations with essential stakeholders in hernia disease management.
• Propel the integration of robotic surgery into hernia procedures.
• Execute market development programs, raise therapy awareness, conduct Pace programs, and run training and simulation labs to promote procedural adoption.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Provide effective forecasting and opportunity management.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6+ years of field sales experience, OR an Associate’s Degree with at least 4+ years of field sales experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of field sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sectors.
• Strong grasp of clinical settings and the capacity to articulate complex product information effectively.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative capacities.
• Ability to formulate and implement strategic business plans that foster growth and enhance market share.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., SF.com), forecasting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
