This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Act as the HEOR representative for the Prostate Franchise and designated brand teams.

• Collaborate with Commercial Franchise leaders, Medical Affairs, and R&D to formulate and implement HEOR evidence strategies.

• Integrate clinical, economic, and real-world evidence into value narratives for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Build and sustain cross-functional partnerships, representing HEOR in Asset Teams, Commercial, and Medical meetings.

• Create tailored HEOR strategies for both inline and pipeline products.

• Supervise the design and execution of HEOR projects.

• Present project findings and their strategic implications to internal and external audiences.

• Identify and partner with external key thought leaders on study design, protocols, analyses, interpretation, and publications.

• Produce field materials utilizing HEOR data in collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, and Medical teams, adhering to FDA guidelines.

• Manage assigned budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.

• Provide HEOR thought leadership and support for other franchise and pipeline initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• MS or MPH degree required in Pharmacoepidemiology, Health Services Research, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in conducting HEOR research across various methodologies.

• Alternatively, 10 years of relevant experience with a Master's-level qualification.

• Technical proficiency in HEOR.

• Demonstrated experience in executing HEOR projects using secondary databases, including claims, EHRs, and registries.

• Familiarity with pharmacoeconomic modeling.

• Experience in systematic literature reviews and synthesis.

• Exceptional verbal and written leadership and communication abilities.

• Capability to convey complex HEOR strategies and research to cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of the US regulatory landscape, health technology assessments, and payer environments.

• Understanding of development-related functions across all stages of drug development.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple projects at once.

• Ability to identify risks and develop solutions.

• Capacity to work independently without ongoing direct supervision.

• Commitment to maintaining quality.

• Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time.
