This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Diagnose and maintain servers, workstations, networking hardware, and software applications, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Deliver technical support services to clients via telephone for software-related issues.
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences.
• Monitor customer system environments and their operational functions.
• Timely escalation of relevant technical issues.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as required.
• Adhere to all attendance standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented IT Help Desk role.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and maintain servers, workstations, networking devices, and Microsoft Windows 10 software applications.
• Proven experience with Active Directory.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, including a rotating on-call and holiday schedule.
